We’re a software and hardware engineering company with over 20 years experience built around one mission: making advanced, patient-tailored footcare technology more accessible, affordable and practical for clinics, laboratories and partners worldwide.
We’ve built a highly customizable online platform to provide all kinds of custom orthotic manufacturers the tools to create accurate and effective devices for their patients in an efficient and productive way.
Our platform is rooted on top of the invaluable feedback from our customers that use it daily in real life scenarios and focuses on portability, measurement, design, marketing and fully automated production to deliver high quality results with the minimum effort.
Voxelcare worldwide
We serve the global footcare and footwear sector, including orthopaedic, podiatric and footwear businesses. Voxelcare products are sold in more than 50 countries, either directly through our dedicated sales team or through a worldwide network of sales partners.
Our team
Behind our regional contacts is a team of more than 30 people at our Elche headquarters, working across R&D, engineering, production, logistics and support.

Voxelcare brings the four core stages of a digital orthotic workflow together: Scan, Design, Produce and Finish. We call it closing the circle.
Turnkey – A guided, standardised ecosystem for scanning, designing and producing custom foot orthotics, with optional design services when additional support is needed.
